Aloha! Talofa! Mabuhay! Maayong adlaw! Gruss Gott! Ni Hao! Our wishes are that this little post finds you well!
Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there. We especially want to wish our moms, Mom Edna and Mom Ellen, a very wonderful Mother’s Day. You did wonderful things bringing us up and teaching us to be good people and we would like to thank you for all your love and the sacrifices you made for us. This day should really be for you! Motherhood really is a blessing.
Hubby got me a large digital frame, Jasmine got me a scrapbook, and together they got me flowers and a cake. Then came the Manny Pacquiao fight. Go Manny!
Things here are always busy, as usual. With work, school for Jasmine, and everything else, it gets quite hectic at times! But, seeing Jasmine grow into a proper little princess makes it all worth the effort.
Hubby has had some folks offer him money for his photos. He’s really getting good at taking wonderful pictures, and Jasmine has become his photo assistant and number one model. It’s nice seeing her and daddy share an interest in photography and work together at it.
Jasmine is doing so very well in school, her teachers are great and she loves them! Her report cards have been great and she is reading on her own and writing sentences on her own. She knows how to sound things out and she is able to follow through on her ideas and thoughts. Of course, she still loves singing and dancing, too! She practices them and makes great use of her ever-growing list of words to make songs that make sense!
Well, here are some pics taken by hubby. I hope you will enjoy them!

Spring!
Aloha! Talofa! Mabuhay! Maayong adlaw! Gruss Gott! Ni Hao! Our heartfelt greetings to all our loved ones and friends.
Things have been quite busy here, as usual!
Jasmine’s going to school full time and doing so well! Her reports are incredible. We are all so proud of our little princess! She’s making the rounds of birthday parties and learning so much. Hubby helps her with homework after school, and gives her some little tips to doing it better, and then they play and do little project stuff.
Of course, they also do photography together. She’s become hubby’s photographic assistant. She loves helping him with his flash and with lighting scenes. Now that he has a new camera, and learned so much, they are having a ball with it. After hubby’s last camera finally died, he spent some time learning more about lighting and techniques to make better pictures. Now that he got the Canon EOS 7D professional camera, he’s really doing great stuff with what he’s learned. I’ve posted some small pics of Jasmine he took with the new cam and lighting. Some interesting stuff!
Spring is finally starting to rouse from its deep and long winter sleep, and bringing blue skies, puffy clouds, and color! It’s nice to have some warmth. We can’t wait to smoke up some ribs, grill some steaks, and cook up new barbecue recipes.
Well, that’s about it for now. I’ll let you go. Enjoy the pics!
Doing her Yoga/Zen pose. I like the way the tone matches her pose!
The world's next supermodel!
Posing pretty!
Woo-hoo!
And GOD said...
BOOOOOOO!!!!
Hubby's favorite, because it shows how pretty our little princess is. He loves the way her eyes really come alive!
May God bless you all with joy, love, peace, and warmth this beautiful spring season!
Ciao!

Happy Holidays!
Aloha! Talofa! Mabuhay! Maayong adlaw! Gruss Gott! Ni Hao! Our heartfelt greetings to all our loved ones and friends. Happy New Year to all!
To my dear friend, Art, thank you for your kind words and wishes. I pray that this year brings many blessings for you and yours!
The holiday season was quite busy! We had a couple parties, dinners, and community events that really brightened up the winter!
Happy anniversary to hubby! It’s our 11th anniversary, so we had a good time celebrating it. Hubby got me a gift I really wanted for a long time! For Christmas, hubby and Jasmine got me an HD video camera. I’m hoping to play with that some!
Jasmine was able to get everything she wanted this year, again. Her and hubby really enjoy the Wii she got this year and play it together quite a bit. She even beats hubby at some of the games.
Jasmine was on vacation from school for 2 weeks and hubby was on vacation during her school time out for one of those weeks. They were able to spend some fun times together and enjoy the daddy-daughter days of winter. The next week, hubby was doing errands that he needed to do on his vacation and got everything finished.
Life is back to normal. We are busy, life is hectic, and the princess amazes us while filling up our time. She had her check up with the doctor, and is doing really well. She read us a book last night all by herself; we couldn’t stop telling her how proud we are! She always brings such amazement to life and really encourages us with it. And, hubby even lost 75 pounds over the course of the year! We're really proud.
Well, here are some pics of the season. I hope you will enjoy them!
